Air Duct Cleaning for Homes and Businesses in St. Louis, MO
Your ductwork carries air to every room in your building, and over time it collects dust, dirt, pet hair, pollen, and construction debris. Sansara 24/7 Restoration & Remodeling is a locally and family-owned company based in Wildwood, and we clean air ducts for homes and businesses across St. Louis and the surrounding area.
Duct cleaning removes what has settled inside the system, so there is less of it to move through your rooms. We start by inspecting the ducts, and we use a vacuum collection unit that pulls debris out instead of spreading it around your property. We do not make health claims about it. We clean the ducts, check our work, and walk you through what we found.
When to Have Your Air Ducts Cleaned
There is no schedule that fits every building. These are common reasons to have ducts cleaned:
You see dust blowing from the vents or collecting around registers
You just finished a remodel or other construction, which fills the air and the ductwork with fine dust
A fire left smoke residue or odor that travels through the system
A flood, leak, or other water damage affected the area around your ductwork
You moved into a home and do not know when the ducts were last cleaned
You have pets, and hair and dander build up in the vents
If you are not sure whether your ducts need cleaning, we will inspect the system and tell you what we see.

What Air Duct Cleaning Covers
Air duct cleaning covers the ductwork that moves air through your building: the supply ducts that deliver air to your rooms and the return ducts that carry it back to the system. We reach the ducts through their access points, look inside to judge their condition, and clean the sections we can reach.
Some duct runs are harder to reach than others, such as those behind finished walls or in tight spaces. During the inspection, we tell you what we can reach and clean, so there are no surprises about the scope. We clean ductwork in homes and in businesses. Larger buildings have more duct to work through, and we account for that when we give you an estimate.
How Our Air Duct Cleaning Process Works
Every job follows the same three steps, from the first look inside your ducts to the last check before we leave.
Pre-Inspection
We start by inspecting the duct system. Our technician checks every access point, looks inside the ducts to see their condition, and chooses the cleaning method that suits your building. We note how much buildup there is and whether anything, such as damage or loose connections, needs to be flagged before we begin. If we find something outside our scope, like a damaged duct that needs an HVAC repair, we tell you before we go further. We explain what we found and what we plan to do before cleaning starts.
Cleaning With Negative Air Pressure
Next, we set up a vacuum collection unit that creates negative air pressure inside the ductwork. That pulls dust and debris into the unit instead of letting it scatter through the house. While the vacuum runs, the technician agitates the inside walls of the ducts to loosen the dust, dirt, pollen, and other material that has stuck to them, and the vacuum carries it away.
Walk-Through Inspection
When the cleaning is done, we inspect the ductwork again to confirm nothing was missed, and we go back over any section that needs more attention. Then we walk through the results with you before we pack up.
Cleaning Ducts After Fire, Water, or Remodeling Work
Ductwork is easy to overlook after a big event at a property, but it can carry the effects through the whole building.
After a fire, smoke residue can settle inside the ductwork, and the smell can return whenever the system runs. Our fire damage restoration team cleans and restores the property, and our smoke odor removal work deals with lingering smells, so duct cleaning can be part of the same project.
After a flood or a leak, we dry the building through our water damage restoration process, and we can look at whether the ductwork was affected while we are there. And if you have just finished a remodel, construction dust settles in the ducts too. We can clean them as the last step. If you are planning a remodeling project, ask us to schedule the duct cleaning after the work is done, so the dust does not come back.
Cleaner Ducts Are One Part of the Picture
Duct cleaning removes buildup from inside the system, but it is only one part of keeping a building's air moving well. A few things sit outside what we do:
Filters need regular changes. A clogged filter lets dust reach the ducts again.
Repairs to a furnace, an air conditioner, or damaged ductwork are a job for an HVAC contractor. We clean ducts. We do not repair HVAC equipment.
Odors that come from damaged materials, such as smoke-soaked drywall or water-damaged flooring, will not disappear because the ducts are clean. Our odor removal team can find and treat the source.
If you have a medical concern about the air in your building, talk to your doctor.
Getting an Estimate and Preparing for Your Visit
You can request a free estimate at any time. Tell us about your building and what you have noticed, and we will look at the system and explain what the job involves before we start. A few things help the visit go smoothly:
Clear the area around registers, returns, and any access points we need to reach
Secure pets before we arrive
Tell us about any past fire, water damage, or remodeling work
Expect some noise while the vacuum collection unit runs. When we finish, we walk through the results with you before we leave.
