Residential and commercial painting
Because we also repair and remodel, painting is often the last step of a bigger job: the drywall we replaced after a leak, the kitchen we just finished, or the trim we rebuilt. If you only need paint, we do that too. Every project starts with a free estimate. We look at the surfaces, note any repairs needed before painting, talk through color and scope, and explain the schedule.
Interior Painting
A fresh interior coat changes how a room looks and feels. We paint walls, ceilings, trim, and doors, in a single room or throughout the house. Good results depend on preparation, so we patch nail holes and cracks, sand rough spots, and prime bare or stained areas before the first coat. We also talk through color and sheen with you. A flatter finish hides wall flaws, while a satin finish wipes clean in kitchens and hallways. If a ceiling or wall was stained by a leak, we confirm the leak has been repaired and the area is dry, then seal and prime the stain before painting so it does not show through. In an occupied home, we work room by room where we can, so you can keep using the rest of the house. We protect floors and furniture in the work area and clean up when we finish.

Exterior Painting
Exterior paint protects siding, trim, and doors from sun, rain, and temperature swings, and it sets the look of the house from the street. We paint siding, trim, doors, shutters, and porches, in one color or several. Preparation makes the difference here too. We wash the surfaces, scrape loose paint, caulk gaps, and prime bare spots before painting. Weather affects exterior work, since paint needs dry conditions to go on and cure, so we plan the schedule around the forecast. If we find rotted boards while we prepare the surfaces, we tell you before we paint over them, and we can repair them first.
Exterior Rotten Wood Repair and Painting
Paint over soft, rotted wood does not fix the problem, and the rot keeps spreading underneath. Before we paint, we check window and door trim, sills, fascia, siding, and porch posts for soft spots, and we show you what we find. Damaged sections are cut out and replaced with new wood, then primed and painted to match the rest of the house.
We also look for why the wood rotted, whether that is a failed seal, water splashing up from the ground, or a leak. If the cause is something we do not handle, such as a roof or gutter problem, we tell you, so it can be corrected and the new wood is not lost to the same cause. If water has already gotten inside the walls, our water damage restoration team can check for hidden moisture.
Wood Staining
Stain shows off the grain of the wood instead of covering it. We stain doors, trim, paneling, beams, and other wood surfaces, indoors and out. The wood is cleaned and sanded first so the stain goes on evenly, and we test the color on a sample area, so you can see it on your wood before we stain the whole surface. A protective finish goes on top to seal the work. If the wood already has an old finish that is worn or peeling, we remove it first, because new stain does not bond well over a failing coat.
Residential and Commercial Painting
The steps are the same for every property, and the schedule changes with who uses the space.
Residential Painting
For homes, we can paint a single room, a set of rooms, or the whole house, inside and out. We plan the work around your household, keep the work area tidy, and tell you what to expect each day. Color choices, trim and ceiling paint, and any repairs needed before painting are settled at the estimate, so you know the scope before we start.
Commercial Painting
For businesses, we paint commercial properties of many kinds, inside and out. We plan the schedule around your operating hours as much as we can, so your business can keep running while we work. Tell us about the property, who uses it, and when it is quietest, and we build the schedule around that. Any repairs needed before painting are noted at the estimate.
Painting After Water, Fire, or Mold Damage
Paint is usually the last step of a repair. After a water, fire, or mold loss, we dry and clean the property, rebuild what was damaged through our reconstruction services, and then paint so the repaired areas match the rooms around them. We prime stained surfaces before painting, and we paint only after the structure has been checked and is dry. Fire damage restoration and mold remediation follow the same order: cleanup and repair first, paint last. Because the same team handled the loss, the rebuild, and the finish, nothing is handed off between companies, and one team can tell you what is done and what comes next.
